Already in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, SAKS management took it upon themselves to prioritize the well-being of its guests and employees and avert any possible damage. For this reason, a task force was created, of which Hans Sachs (MBA) and his wife Dr. Ute Sachs-Baqu\u00e9 belong to, amongst others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Based on various expert literature and rules and regulations enforced by the German government, as well as recommendations from BGN and DEHOGA which all in its own have high hygiene standards, this SAKS task force implemented an extended hygiene concept for its hotels.<\/div>\n

The result is the so-called \u201cSAKS Corona Exit Strategy\u201d.<\/div>\n

The SAKS Urban Design Hotel Kaiserslautern hygiene concept pertaining to the handling of COVID-19 was completed by following the strict measures documented in a catalog from the German legal authorities.<\/p>\n

The implementation of these hygiene and also other measures to minimize contact were audited<\/a> in this hotel operation by the SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS on June 02, 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS is the Germany-wide leading institute to conduct neutral hygiene audits in various branches including retail, restaurants, food services, hotels and catering.<\/p>\n

This institute works decentralized all over Germany with over 100 highly qualified and certified auditors and samplers that undergo regular trainings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
